A bit about Planning Permission.
Our cabins have been designed to fall under Permitted Development which would not require Planning Permission providing you follow the basic Planning Portal Rules below.
As long as you can match the answers to the questions below, you are good to go. If not, you would just need to apply for Planning Permission. Depending on your property location and adjacent properties, we may have to amend the design slightly. ie: reduce the height slightly, replace the dormer windows for Velux windows or move the proposed location in the garden. Nevertheless its all possible. |
