Although 95% of our cabins have Dormer Windows, they are an optional extra.

In some cases dormers are not possible due to a variety or reasons such as being too intrusive to neighbours or the planning department (when needed) turning them down in the application. However, dormers are not mentioned under permitted development rules.
When upgrading to dormers, they come with standard softwood windows (as shown in the images) but can be upgraded to UPVC.
